I will fold here. you are either beat here or you'll chop, why risk the nice stack that you have, it aint worth it yet. All you end up losing is the 100 you put in the blind.

There's no way I chop, dude either has a flush or nothing at all. Maaaaybe an 8.

I think he is weak more often than a flush. I don't know how worried you should be about an 8..

I'd call, but then again when its close I don't fold.

Edit
I think you should bet 200-300 on the turn... try to find out if you are good and such. Possibly prevent a bluff.

This seems like a pretty easy fold to me. I don't play the 22s, but it seems pretty feasible for someone to be checking the 8 there on the turn and hoping someone plays sheriff on the river when they overbet.

I think this is a good call. I can't imagine a flush playing like this, maybe an 8 but I doubt it. However, recently these huge bets with the near nuts have been killing me.

Forgot to add and don't feel like another edit

I would fold this in a 55, but I think I would be more likely to call this at a 22. I am pulling this out of my ass, though, since I don't really remember what the 22s were like.
