Logged in Wednesday to find $27 less in my account. Checked my play log which confirmed that the money was missing. Sent them and E-mail and a few hours later I received the following E-mail,

Thank you for contacting us and for bringing this occurrence to our
attention.

A review of your game log clearly verified your claim Tony. I deeply
apologize for this, as it's baffling even for me.

Nonetheless, I have manually credited the missing funds back to your
account. Further to that, I have also forwarded this matter to our IT
department, which has performed diagnostic routines to your account in
search for any anomalies. Word was that a minor glitch on your account's
settings was the cause of this thus far, unheard of occurrence. Rest
assured that this has been corrected and you should experience no
further surprises Tony.

Once again do accept our deepest apologies for this predicament and have
a nice day.

If you require further assistance in this or any other matter please
feel free to contact us. We are here for you 24 hours a day, everyday.

Sincerely,
Filipe

They stole $3 from me once, I sent a letter to complain and they creditted me with $3

The $3 credit never arrived and they refused to credit it again.

Hey Tony, same thing happened to me (on Wednesday also) to the tune of $69 /forums/images/icons/confused.gif E-mailed support and they fixed things right away (well, within 12 hrs anyway). They stated that the $69 was being showed as "pending" but they didn't know why. I would second that idea, to keep an eye on your account level. I think it happened to Picabo also. Anyway, Pacific did fix it and there are alot of fishies, so I'll forgive them for now /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

Maybe they needed to borrow some chips from you to payoff someone else.

This happens in real casino's. A Craps player had ALL of Binions $50K chips in his box. Some other high roller came in and they had to go wake the craps player up in the middle of the night so they could get the chips out. Some TV show did a story on him.

Of course since this is online, I don't think this is an issue. LOL

"Thank you for contacting us.

I understand that it is worrying for you and all our other
members to hear about problems like this. I can assure you that the
problems you are referring to now have been fixed.

The problem occurred yesterday while we were changing game servers. We are now up and running on new servers and our technical department has assured us that the problem is fixed.

The problem occurred only for some of the members that logged out or were disconnected while we were moving servers. For the record, we have rectified the bank rolls of all affected members and have not had any more reports of the problem, after the server move were finished.

We are of course sorry for the inconvenience this has caused some of our members, and hope that they will understand that this was indeed a "glitch" and that we never would try to intentionally deceive a member.

I hope I have been able to clarify the situation and that this
incident has not damaged your, or any other members trust in us.

I look forward to hearing from you again.

I look forward to hearing from you again

With the Pokerscene gang gone, this is a serious contender for the "lie of the week" award

I doubt VERY much that they ever look forward to hearing from you Mike /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif

i cashed out from pacific poker after they robbed me of a $97 pot. I clicked check, sat there watched the bar keep counting down without and buttons to press, and it timed out and folded my hand (no all-in protection?). Anyhow can't keep playing $20/$40 after that, although I notice they don't even spread $20/$40 anymore.

Good one, Mike. LMAO. Perhaps you could explain why all the tables at Pacific are currently frozen, with no way to leave. Is the new server the cause of this problem also? Hope my account is not frozen, also /forums/images/icons/frown.gif

I've been at the big 0.00 for the last few months. I think its time for me to check my balance. Can't get any worse!
