According to an email both companys have sent me regarding their cardroom, the payment system has changed for their freerolls. Before, you could only get promotion dollars as prizes, therefore you cannot claim the money without playing for real money and 'earning' your free money by way of rake.
Here is the revised structure:
"The first three lucky winners of our ever popular 5 pm Freeroll tournaments will get $15, $10, $5 of their winnings converted from promotions chips to REAL money!"
Somebody complained before, I just thought I'd mention it.
