Quick question:

When I'm moving around in an excel spreadsheet I used to use the arrow keys and it would move me from cell to cell. Now when I use the arrow keys it just changes my view of the spreadsheet but keeps me in the same cell.

What did I do and how do I go back to being able to move from cell to cell using the arrow keys?

You've got scroll lock on. It probably says SCRL down in the right corner. Hit the keyboard button of the same name to disable.
