Another free $ post. Who's in?

OK, so another personal challenge thing. Who wants in? First 20 people will get $20 if I do not meet my own goals. This one is all about me being a fat lazy bastard.

Currently---

Weight: 235
Bench: 350ish

December 1st Goal---

Weight: 220 (or less)
Bench: 400 (or more)

OK, so the goal is to loose 15 total pounds and jack up to 400 on the bench. The bench will not be a problem, that will come quickly. Losing the weight while increasing bench #'s will be difficult. Also, as a stipulation, I will use nothing other than food as a suplement. No creatine, whey protein, andro.

If anybody wants to challenge my results and lives in/near San Diego, they are more than welcome to through PM. Please respond. I need the $400 to motivate me.
