TY. Comics now suck or I'm getting older--probably both.

I probably went through a year's worth of allowance to buy the entire C&H collection (softcover). I gave my collection to my little sister when I moved away to college. I still regret that move.

Calvin & Hobbes is timeless. I was reading Garfield at the time I first picked up the Essential C&H; Garfield went in the garbage can.
I remember being very distraught in 1995 when Bill Watterson announced his retirement.

Do you hate being a girl? What's it like? Is it like being a bug? I imagine bugs and girls have a dim perception that nature played a cruel trick on them, but they lack the intelligence to comprehend the magnitude of it.

Girls are like slugs. They probably have some purpose, but it's hard to imagine what.
