I've been at the table for about two orbits. I managed to double up quickly with a set v. tpnk all in on the flop. Good times.

BB seems tightish preflop is about all I've got for reads.

hmm, Id say raise here. do you think he has the ability to c-bet? you have no definition on his hand with what you've got so far. either fold or raise.

Raise to about $10, and shutdown if he calls and fold if he reraises.
