i guess im really wondering about my flop play. do i need to 3 bet this flop even if i think i have very little fold equity? after that i guess im just wondering how my bet sizes are to get max value.

Personally, I put in a big reraise on the flop (say, raise it up to 15-20) -- I have 15 outs and I'm perfectly happy to get as much in the pot as possible right there.
