Villain has played 8 of 10 hands that he was dealt in and raises 0.

Would you play it other way? (check turn or may be fold flop?)

I think this is fine.

Did you have any sense how the villain played post-flop?

You're usually behind here against a straightforward player. I don't mind this line, but without a read on his post-flop play I think calling the flop and folding the turn unimproved is a better line.

I would've checked behind on the turn. Unless he is a habitual bluffer, a donk bet on the flop from the calling station to the preflop raiser usually means that he's got someting. And you only have a bottom pair.

I think I would have bet the river. He mostlikely has something because of his folp bet, but I doubt he has trips because most players would 3-bet with top pair heads up.

This works, but I also saw the turn and river action before I decided whether or not it is the right line.

With a straight forward Loose passive, you are probably better to call the flop and fold the turn UI.
