How do I extract more value here?

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with Q/images/graemlins/club.gif, Q/images/graemlins/diamond.gif.
4 folds, Hero raises, 3 folds, BB calls.

Flop: (4.50 SB) Q/images/graemlins/heart.gif, Q/images/graemlins/spade.gif, J/images/graemlins/club.gif (2 players)
BB folds.

Final Pot: 2.25 BB

You were only called by the big blind, who very possibly has suited hand or maybe a weak ace, or maybe a small suited connector or small pocket pair. (w/out reads i think this is decent). anyway, the flop was a rainbow, so he probably doesn't have anything. to answer your question, nope, your quads can't extract any $. with such a lock hand you might want to check and see if the turn helps him at all. but i highly doubt you get action.

I use one. They are about 70% accurate. So it gives you an idea of what it might be. This is the only way 3BB/100 is sustainable. Everyone with 3BB/100 has one.
