Does it always mean to take an uncontested pot, and does it only apply to hold 'em? Can't find this term in any glossary, but it turns up in "Rounders," and the Paradise Poker dealer-robot uses it for uncontested pots.

just slang phrase meaning 'i am no longer contesting this pot, and you, my worthy opponent, are the only one left, so, by all means, scoop those dang chips'
