sb is passive 24/0/.7, UTG is TAG

Party Poker 3.00/6.00 Hold'em <font color="#0000FF">(10 handed)</font> link (http://www.darksun.lunarpages.com/poker/)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K/images/graemlins/club.gif, A/images/graemlins/club.gif.
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 3-bets</font>, <font color="#666666">5 folds</font>, SB calls, <font color="#666666">1 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero caps</font>, UTG+1 calls, SB calls.

Flop: (13.00 SB) 9/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 6/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, J/images/graemlins/heart.gif <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, Hero calls, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 raises</font>, SB calls, Hero calls.

Turn: (9.50 BB) T/images/graemlins/diamond.gif <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, Hero folds

basically a passive player like SB looks like hes got to have a strong hand to bet into the PF action, and im worried about UTG+1 raising with an overpair

Yeah it's probably right. It kills me folding the gutshot and two overcard draw, but paying 2 or more BB's to see the river is not favorable. Plus any diamond hurts bad, which takes away 3 good cards for you. Closing the action HU i lean towards a call, but I think you have to fold right here..
