Party Poker 10/20 Hold'em (6 max, 5 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q/images/graemlins/club.gif, J/images/graemlins/heart.gif.
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB 3-bets</font>, Hero calls.

Flop: (6.50 SB) T/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 4/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, K/images/graemlins/club.gif <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets</font>

at 5/10 i'd raise here and probably fire again on the turn, but at 10/20 i think i get 3bet to often here to raise. who calls and who raises?

I call for the reasons you stated. There's enough draws on that board that a lower pocket pair isn't folding. AQ or AJ isn't folding. Nothings folding. Lots are 3betting or calling and donking the turn. The more I play 10/20, the more I play draw passively in these spots. You also increase your implied odds on turn by just calling.

Note: If BB had flat called preflop and donked the flop I would usually raise.

I call more often than raise, but it really depends on the player. If I think he is weak-postflop, or that he likes to smooth-call and ck-raise turn, I often raise and am happy to take the free card. Mostly I call here though.
