I like to watch the scene in "Let It Ride" where her and Richard Dreyfuss are screaming "Come on!" while they watch a race.

She's got that red dress on, she's standing, crouched. She clenching her fists, she's screaming. You can see veins on her forehead and throat. She is completely out of her mind, lost all contact with reality, just screaming, "Come on, Buttercup!", or whatever the horse's name was.
