MP2 is 36/14/3.6
UTG is 22/0/0.64 only 40 hands

MP2 raising a lot of hands and looks aggressive I figured I would call his flop bet and re-evaluate the turn. Does anyone think 3rd button w/ BD baby flush draw is a weak call for this flop?

Since he checked behind on the turn I figured over cards are most likely. I was now planning on betting a safe river card. Of course, this card brings 4 to a straight down and an overcard, which may have hit him. This got me thinking, which would be better, check/call, check/fold, bet/fold?

Fold to the flop bet.

I like check/calling the river against this duder.

Fold to the flop bet.

Looking at mp2s range, and the fact it'll be heads up, we can peel here.

Then raising > calling isn't it?

mp2s equity can die on the turn, and alternativly ours can sky rocket. We may not have the equity on the flop to raise for value, and getting 3-bet sucks. Even if he calls our raise, a few turn cards really suck.

I don't know much of what I was thinking at the time of this. I posted to see what was thought about it.

In retrospect I don't like this bet. It seems to be more of a bluff at the straight, but I doubt this loose opponent would fold if he held a hand. Given the coordinated nature of this board, I don't think this would ever get called by a worst hand.
