I have some here that just says Green. It says nothing about Jalepenos on the label.

It's Jalapeno. Just bought some the other day and they had the flavors listed on the package. Thought it would be a good pole.
I must say that Jalapeno rules above all others on pizza. I've even thought about stealing the big bottle of chipotle they leave out at Chipotle. Of course I would never do such a thing.

that new chipotle isnt bad... but i still think the original is the best for tabasco. the chipotle has a nice smoked flavor, and seems more for adding to something as a necessary ingredient rather than merely dumping tabasco on whatever you happen to be eating (eggs, sandwiches, pizza, burrito's, etc etc)
i have yet to try the garlic.

if you have ever been to the south west, they have a green chile, which is what the green tabasco is supposed to be, but green chile anywhere outside of that area does not compare. i wish i could get some of that shipped to me.

Original, but I also like the new flavors too. It depends on the dish.
