Been having trouble finding LO8 games ...

Omaha Hi-Lo Limit 2/4 and higher.

Pacific, Absolute, and sometimes Paradise ... have some occaisionally, but it seems every time I try to find a game (or 4) there's nothing.

I live and sleep at odd hours.

I know Party generally has a few games, but I can't bring myself to play a game without some bonus attached.

Should I just forget the bonus hustling, dump a couple grand in my Party account, and play 5/10 or 10/20?

(I'd prefer to play at the lower levels a little longer though)

Any recommendatins for finding some loose full-ring 2/4 or 3/6 games would be greatly appreciated.

Dumping the bonus route, or at least de-emphasizing it, is what I've been leaning towards.

Trying to track down all the great deals AND play LO8 can be frustrating ... you're pretty much limited to certain times and sites.

The alternative is to play Hold'em, of course. But ya know ... even with the bonus, I don't think much of the game.

And is it just me, or is a typical 2/4 LO8 game with no bonus more profitable AND have less variance than a comparable 2/4 HE WITH a bonus?

Anyway, guess I'm leaning towards Party.

That is the one thing I have noticed since I learned and love the game. I think that we take Hold'm for granted and once we go to a non-cool game we're surprised that there are not ALWAY tables around to play.

THUS - you need many accounted.

UB seems to have a 2/4 going and the sites you mention BUT at normal hours. Poker Stars had 2 of them going but those were on weekend nights!

Take a look at UB...I know, it doesn't have a great bonus package but it seems they have a reload every month.

Your weakest games are going to be at Party or one of the skins...but something bugs me about Party and I haven't played there much recently.

Last night at UB (saturday night) there were two 2/4 games, a 2/4 half kill game, 3/6 and a 4/8 half kill.

I'm sure there were games at 1/2 and below also (and a couple higher games too). During the week, I find a 2/4 game and a 3/6 game just about every night.

I guess I'll just re-arrange my sleeping habbits a bit.

The 2/4 games at Absolute aren't bad, I think Pacific is a must do, and I'll sign up for Ultimate Bet tomorrow.

Between those three ... I think I should do Ok. Perhaps throw Pokerroom into the mix.

I'm also leary about Party. Don't know why ...

Oh yah ... I remember.

My first thousand hands playing LO8 at Party had me -9BB/hr.

Kinda left a bad taste in my mouth.

Just a bad streak, I guess.

Party has plenty of full ring .50/1 tables but if you play above those limits that pickings are slim.
For example 1/2 at the moment has only 1 full ring game running and some 6max.
2/4 is even worse. 1 full game and only 3 6max games running.
Fine if you like 6max, but if you like full ring your kinda hooped.
