not the right forum for this, but this forum would appreciate it the most.

Is it just me or is that article written in a tremendously amateur way?

This is way off topic, but what poker magazines are out there that might take submissions from guest authors besides twoplustwo and Cardplayer? I've got an idea that I think will stand up on its own despite my lack of credentials.

I don't think it is too bad at all.

I think the most interesting was that I didn't even have 4k 2.5 months ago.

Of course you don't think it's bad.. it's about you! Still awesome that they did it, and you do have a cool story. Just probably could have been done better.

Thanks for reading guys..... I enjoyed interviewing Josh, and I hope I was able to give him the credit he is due. He's a good guy and an even better player.

Cheers,

Adam

“no matter how frustrated you get, stick with it. Once you’ve got the mental part down, you are halfway there.”

What are you doing now that you were not doing before? What advice was given to you to make this huge leap? I am asking because my situation is somewhat(not really) similiar to yours. I started playing online about 2 years ago and went on mega rush and bulit a nice br. For the past year though I have basically been a steadily losing player even though I feel like I am improving as a player. What is holding me back though is I never know what game I will be playing on any given day. Today, I played my C game, yesterday I played my A game. Its pretty frustrating to play bad poker sometimes for no particular reason. I am basically asking what helped you 'get the mental part down'. Thanks!

I agree that the writing is amateur hour, but it's still pretty damn cool and JJ's recent work just boggles the mind.

Sorry Apathy! That was a mistake and I fixed it.
