Posting this for my girlfriend, who initially got this email:

"We see that you still have $x,xxx left in your Poker account - And we just wanted to let you know that at Royal Vegas Poker you get a wide selection of action-packed games. We have also just upgraded the software to include exciting features that will bump up your playing experience."

So, she logs into the account and this money is not there.

She emails them and gets this:

"Thank you for your email.

Please be advised that we are currently conducting an investigation
regard to the E-mail that has been sent out by our Marketing Company.
We
have had a look at your poker account and found that you currently have
a balance of $0.00.Once we have feedback we will then contact you and
advise what will happen next."

She logs into the account and does not have a 0$ balance, but it is nowhere near the amount they initially claim. She honestly doesn't know whether this money should be there or not. She had a significant sum on the site, when she was playing there regularly, but that was months ago. We share a bankroll, and with money moving around all the time, its easy to forget a few hundred dollars on a site, and have done it before, but this is the largest sum involved.

They have claimed that they would get back to us in 24 hours, but it has been over that length of time already.

Anybody have any thoughts?

to my knowledge, RVP is the largest skin on the prima network, and prima is one of the "big five" poker networks. no way that these people are thieves. there is probably some technical problem and you should be confident that they will eventually get it resloved

I bet they are just doing this to get peoples attention to start logging back into their poker accounts and using them again.

Royal Vegas is shady, so is Prima. Beware.

I got that same email and it said I had 46.54 in my account. I knew I didn't have any, but I checked and it was 0 as it should be.

Telling me I still have $4,237 in there so I'll log in and "surprise!, its not really there" is not a good way to make me play there again.
