Bet. I'd check preflop.

betting and getting called and then getting bet into on the river is worse than checking and calling on the river.

hahah first hand at a table and you attempt to blind steal with 82o /images/graemlins/laugh.gif you got some SERIOUS gambool my friend.

i bet here again and fold if c/r. called again, i'm checking behind the river and feel ashamed to show that junk to the public /images/graemlins/wink.gif

ive been told to raise any two in that spot and i agree, you are putting in 1 bet to win 2 and a half, a normal blind steal is 2 bets to win 1 and a half

I think a fold might be better preflop than a raise. and yes, I do realize you posted.

I think you need to take your free card on the turn and instafold the river UI.

I also raise any two when it's folded to me and I've posted. Most people don't know the math behind it so you get to pick up a lot of blinds uncontested.

this i dont agree with a lot of 2/4 players will call on the flop just to see if they pair the turn in a blind steal situation, i think i am ahead here a decent amount of the time and have a good amount of fold equity, and if i check, a lot of players will bet any two on river

I'd bet and yeah this is an easy raise preflop. It seems like the same people who advocate raising any 2 in this spot are now telling you to check...what gives here?
