Clearing bonuses playing SnG's

I am considering starting up some more accounts, and was wondering if anyone can direct me to a list of sites that allows you to clear deposit and reload bonuses playing Sit and Go's. I know that Stars and Pokerroom do, while Party and Empire do not.

Poker Stars - 100%
Pokerroom - 71%
Full Tilt - 42%
Absolute - 10%
Paradise - 10%

you can't clear bonus on Party network with tourney fees, but they do count towards MGR for RB purposes.
