I'm sure this will fall off the front page quickly, but for those of you who track all sorts of things with your online sessions (times, sites, limits, etc etc) I have a new thing for you to track: what you watched and/or listened to.
I always have a DVD running and I've been tracking DVDs with times / sites / limits and figuring out some results that may or may not have any relevance.
So, if you do, whenever you play, jot down what you were watching and note how you did accordingly.
Something interesting to monitor over time...
