View Full Version : 22s: Overplayed small overpair?

Hi! I have been hanging around for a while even though I havent created a user untill just recently. This type of hand always annoys me.
No reads on opponents. Im planning to fold if my flopbet is reraised, but honestly I dont know what to do when they both call. Drawheavy board and the blinds could have anything. Im guessing the aggressor could have a weak 8 og weak 9 and the caller some kind of draw. I chose to shove after the blank turn, but maybe I should just let the hand go when they both call me on the flop? They might have flopped a straight, two pair etc..

Looks perfect to me. You'll get called a lot here by flush and straight draws, as well as TP. And of course whatever hand called and beat you here.

Actually they both folded and I took down a nice pot early. I was just curious to see if this play was standard or madness. This type of hand occurs all the time, so obviously I dont want to make a big mistake in this kind of situation.
Ty for your reply
