This is a perfect spot to slowplay. For him to lead out he has a bluff or a jack, likely...just call, hopefully someone behind you picked something up. Pop him on the turn if nobody else calls.

Call, try to get some other customers. If anyone else tags along, I try for overcalls on the turn.

Obvious check situation from UTG.
You've led out with 4xBB, so let them think it was KK or QQ. A check will leave the door open to anyone playing a J to bet hard.
Min-raise any small bet that's called around, call any large bet.
Check again on the turn and minraise small bets/call large bets.
Then bet hard on the river (if they're still there).

Does anyone Min-raise the flop and bet 150/200 on the turn?

I think slowly building the pot(even if it is only 100) is more important the disguising your hand.

Then value bet 150 on the turn which will get flush draw and the J to call. Who knows...someone might have the last A and call as well.

I think this is the right way to play the hand...but thats just me.

guy already bet 100 and there are 2 callers behind u...if u raise, even min-raise, they may be scared out...just call this 100 and let them put in their 100 each...then on the turn u can decide if u want to call or raise based on what those 2 jokers decided to do and if the dead guy in front of you bets again on the turn

no need to be aggressive on that flop...let the jacks and flush draws think they have a shot to win the hand

I say raise now while you are still giving them odds to call with draws.
