Villian here is Tight Aggressive 14/4.7/2.5 over 500 hands.

Preflop raise was a blind steal, I didn't realize villian had limped...oops

I think I like raising the turn better.

If he's semi-bluffing he'll call, (which me might not do when you raise the river), and you don't run the risk of missing a bet when he checks the river.

i usually raise the turn, just in case hes on hearts
