i need a few contacts if someone could give me some lessons

Just click on the link "Books" on the lower left. Lessons usually range from 19.95 to 29.95. Start with Theory of Poker and a holdem book like Ed Miller's small stakes book or the one for advanced players. And there are free lessons in these forums every day. The first thing you need to do is to master a starting hand strategy.

I read Theory of Poker when I started playing and it was a bit overwhelming for a new player but it has great info in it. Ed Miller's book is a must read and then move on to Hold'em Poker for Advanced Players. The really important thing to remember is to treat the books like textbooks, not novels. The more you learn & play, the more you'll get out of them. Things that meant nothing to you the first time through will make sense down the road and that will happen over and over again. Good luck.
