I like it...he might put you on a draw with this board and call, but most likely he folds here. I'd do this myself.

I like it. If he's got part of that flop then any card that gives you your hand will scare him off so if you're gonna get any chips from him now's the time to do it.
Plus he may put you on just one draw or the other and think you're a lot weaker than you actually are.
