What's up with the Yugoslav?? (TOTALLY OT)

Hey guys, I've been reading this forum for quite a while and I just wanted some info on something that has been puzzling me. What's up with the yugoslav? Every few posts, there's some sort of homoerotic innuendo between him and another memeber or he's being referred to either subtly or directly as a homosexual (not that there's anything wrong with it of course).

So please, enlighten a newbie on what's up with the Yugoslav!
