Villain's re-raise is basically putting me all-in. I have 850 left if I fold. Anyone pushing here?

Many use the if you've got <10BB just push it rule, which is why durron and I say just push it initially.

the general rule is if u have 10bbs or less, push instead of raise...u don't wanna lose 30% of ur stack if u fold to a reraise...and u have more fe if u open push

if it's not a good enough hand to push, then it's not good enough to raise 30% of your stack

Thanks for the answers - I see your point.

With any less chips, it's an autopush for me. I guess the line where I should raise (with the intention of folding to a re-raise) or push was not so clear. I wasn't thinking of the 10BB rule but was rather comparing my stack post-fold to the rest of the field.

How often do people re-steal in the 22s in your opinion? (Is the re-raise most likely to be by a real hand --- that beats me most of the time)

raising to 350 is horrible and if i get caught in this situation i would push back over the top

The fact that you cannot tell if it is a resteal means that you have to assume that it isn't.
Fold, you're probably behind.

You should not be getting yourself into these situations.
Why did you not push preflop?
