View Full Version : Free Checking Accounts?

Thinkin about opening up a checking account solely for Poker. Does anyone know of any good banks that offer free checking? I am currently using Citibank as my primary.

Also, does anyone have an account with a bank that lets you deposit at a poker site using your MC/Vias debit card? I know most large US institutions don't allow this, but are they some that do?

Thanks.

I currently use neteller but kinda wanted to see if there was a way to get around the fees that neteller charges.

If you're moving large sums of money and don't want to pay such high fees try Firepay. It's $3.99 flat.

I am not sure if WAMU accepts buy ins from poker sites but they do EFT's. I have an account and it has always been free.

party does not cashout to firepay, and there's no atm card. bummer.

i use a free checking at M&T bank to fund my poker/paypal/ebay stuff. probably will bite me in the ass that it's an actual bank though, the IRS should come knocking any day now.

negative on visa checkcard transactions though

That's why I deposit with Firepay and take out with Neteller.
