Wow, I'm a poll-tard.

I was sweating bullets in my overly hot room, so I had a nice, cool, refreshing shower a few minutes ago, and I'm curious about the following questions:

You're nearly a polltard, but you'll be fine as long as you don't mention the grinch.

I seriously hope no one showers 4 times a day min.

Once upon a time, I used to work out twice a day (weights first session, running/rowing/swimming 2nd) for 5 days a week, but cut down when the 2 sets of showers started making my skin weird (large discoloured patches, flaing in places, itchy bits etc). It did take about 2-3 months to start to cause this though.

It ain't good for you to do a complete body-wash several times a day for a long stretch, I'd say.

last week i went for 5 days without showering /images/graemlins/grin.gif-- but those were non working-out days. if i do work out, i definitely do shower at least once.

showering takes too much time out of my life, I've concluded

If you were using lighter soap or just water that might not be true...

Sorry to hear about that, though.

Edit, but yeah, my answer was 1/2 (the first vote).

But I'd say 1/1 is more true, if you go for a run before taking your morning shower or whatever.

I workout, piss & shower 14 times a day, but not always in that order.

years back when I was in high school I had gym class for 2 1/2 hours every day, I would shower afterwords (the only guy who did too, which is really gross after a 2 1/2 hour gym class in the morning) and then we had basketball practice after school, another shower. this 2 showers a day was very consistent, and, in the winter, turned my skin into leather.

It would crack and be compeletely dry, it was awful. So, I stopped taking showers now...

Uh, WTF. I must be showering too much. I run in the morning, 5-6am, shower, work, workout, shower. Sometimes, if my schedule gets messed up, I shower 3 times, if Im going out at night, I have to shower after any exercise, and going out/working. Avg 2-3 times a day.
