I have been on the worst run of my life in multi table tournaments. Finally got back on track tonight. Had found a lot of success a few months ago. Probably went 20 or so tournaments without cashing, which, in my relatively brief MTT career, is a lot.
Tonight, I took down the $15,000 guaranteed tourney on Bodog. Good for $4,125.
I do believe 2+2 has helped a lot. My bubble play was significantly different than it was a year ago, and I appreciate the time some of the well-respected posters take to critique hands and discuss strategy. I hope I can buy some of you a beer sometime. You know who you are.
Perseverance is key. Re-read books and strategy if your game appears to be coming apart. Play a little tighter. Make small adjustments but don't try wholesale changes. Those usually don't work.
