Certainly not 'played 20/40.' &lt;grins&gt; As far as the actions I don't believe I've CC/RR'd preflop. I've called three when I know someone else will cap behind, but usually if it's raised just once I'm content enough with the action to date to just throw another bet in. I think I may have done exactly this when raised into with an auto-raise-any maniac sitting to my left to trap the original raiser into the cap.

But the situations are pretty limited. The rest of the hand plays itself for you, of course.
