I seem to loose more money with 2-pair than any other hand. Ironically, it doesn't seem to matter whether I hold it or an opponent holds it /images/graemlins/smile.gif. As a sanity check, is there any other way to play this hand?

Three limpers, very loose So-Cal CO raises to 30, I call, BB and limpers call.
Flop: K/images/graemlins/heart.gifQ/images/graemlins/heart.gifT/images/graemlins/club.gif
Checked to the CO who has me covered by a couple racks who bets 100. I push for 450 (350 on top).
Does anyone put their tail between their legs on this hand and decide it isn't worth investing their stack with? This may be a bad example, but I feel that my limit instincts of protecting a hand with a raise are often misguided in a NL game.
