Unless Villian is a real tight raiser, particularly in blind vs. blind situations, I think you are well ahead of the majority of his raising hands. You probably would do well to push here.

I don't agree that he will bet at any flop since you will probably move in on any flop. Knowing that, he would be making a mistake to het himself pot-stuck with a hand like QT or J9s when he misses.
