I think I would raise the turn some kind of amount just to get a free showdown. Sometimes I like to minraise in these situations because it subdues the bettor. If he has a J he might try to check-raise the river, if not he'll still probably check to you on the end. Just my 2 cents.

This is my single least favorite spot to be in. I grit my teeth and call the river.

I play it the same way, but I raise the flop a bit more to charge the many draws.
