2001fp problem

I am having a problem with the 2001fp brightness. For example if I open a webpage with a white background it is blinding. I tried turning the brighness down from 50 to 10 but that did not help.

Any ideas for solutions here?

Try the built in adjuster in windows.

Where is it? Is it under Display properties for my video card? I did not see it.
