UK please help

I am studying in Edinburgh for a semester and brought my 2001fp with me. Will it run on 240v or do i need to buy an adapter to convert it to the American 110v. Don't want to fry the thing. Thanks

the transformer that comes with it works on 110 AND 240. The only bit you need is to change the power plug bit... which you can buy from any computer shop for a fiver.

Just to make sure, check the transformer and see if it says 110~240
