This seemed like a flagrant chip dump. 6 person table, turbo blinds and Mel19 goes on to win after taking an early chip lead. Doubling up with the turbo blinds gives a player a big advantage.

Wanted a second opinion, as I am considering reporting it for what good it will do.

oh. i duno. maybe? looks pretty stupid, honestly, so it might be chip dumping. might as well report it.

a better title might be: "is this chip dumping?"

instead of "dump"

If you were playing at a $1,000,000 buy in game, maybe you could report this. Just remember there's a lot of bonehead players out there and the simplest explanation is often the correct one.
