Tonight's American Dad

Ok, so I haven't watched this show since like the 2nd episode because it was so unfunny, but I watched tonight's episode and it was HILARIOUS. I think the reason it was so funny was that the main plot involved the Dad, his boss (Patrick Stewart), and the daughter. The fish and the alien (both unfunny) weren't in it very much.

Funny parts include:
- The alien slapping the son's nuts instead of going for the high five.
- The boss banging the daughter.
- The boss wearing the daughter's panties.
- The boss singing the "I like little girls..." song.
- The boss saying "You know what I was thinking while gazing at the back of your daughter's head?"
- The boss riding Dad like a horse.
- The Dad saying "You don't know what it's like having him ride you like an animal for 3 hours" and the daughter giving him that look.
- The ending fight scene.

I was completely surprised by this episode. Anyone else see it? Are other American Dads ever funny?

u should have given american dad time. as season 1 progressed it def started to become fairly solid. i think it was a little early in the show's career to start doing the self-referencing thing with the director's commentary, but i still liked it.

Namely Deadwood, and Rome.
