I would do $3 ... but that is just what I feel like, no logical reasons.

The best you can really hope for is that he has the 9 of diamonds.

I bet pot and I don't like the turn min3bet.

raise the turn to 5 or 6.

Check or bet more on the flop. I like betting pot, or almost pot.

Pot the flop (at least). Bet close to pot on the turn, and when raised, 3-bet him more than you did. Value bet the river half pot.

Pot the flop, Pot and repot the turn, and be able to get it all in on the river.
