I raised with 9k because a K is a favorite over a random hand, called the river hoping to pick off a bluff. I've been noticing that this rarely works though, is this a leak?

I think you played it fine.

maybe fold the river without a read as the number of people who would bluff a missed draw is usually lower than we expect.
