This isn't exactly a trip report because I live by the casino and the poker room has been open for a few months, but here's some info on the new room about a month ago and never posted with some updates.

Creek Nation Casino (http://www.creeknationcasino.com/tulsa/tables.html) opened a new poker room last month in Tulsa that is 18+. IMO, this is nicest poker room in Oklahoma. It's extremly classy and reminds a lot of a nice poker room in Las Vegas, not too big but everything is really nice. There aren't any dealers who I would say are slow or mess up too much, and I've played there about five times so far. The limits I've seen them spread are 1-2 nl, 2-5 nl, 3-6 and 6-12 and have around 10 tables. They also have automatic shufflers which make the game go a lot faster and are now offering daily tournaments. The wait lists are never too long and the floor is quick to start up a new game if there are more than six people on a waiting list. One thing that I didn't really at all is when the room first opened it was smoking for about a week, but it is now non-smoking. The biggest thing that I absolutely hate about this room, and it might be just me, is the chips in use in the white chip games. They are currently using this chip (http://www.5stardeal.com/deals/10View.asp?pc=10-1080WHI) with their logo hotstamped in the middle. I think these look so terrible and tacky, and hopefully they will get at least some chipco's or anything better than these. But, all in all, this is a really nice room to play at in the Tulsa area if you are 18 or older.

How often does the 6-12 game go and does the stud game ever go as well?

The 6-12 game went one night when I was up there because it was requested. I've never seen stud there.
