I overpush this nearly 100% of the time. 99 is a good hand three handed and an excellent hand to catch here. There are 1200 chips in the pot by my count and while the big stack has you covered he should only be calling your hand with good hands himself. Taking down the pot puts you at about 4400/5600 HU which is a much more favorable outcome than calling and allowing the big stack to bluff you off when two or more overs hit the board.
