Spring Break 2006 ... Where to go ?

Just wondering to plan ahead and get cheaper stuff... Im thinking Mexico since i will only be 20 and legal drinking/another country and what not.

anyone know from experiance... where to go, what to see, who to plan the trip through, ect.

I wanna go all out wherever I can. I have never been to Mexico, so from experiance any places better than others / worse ?

(also not 21 yet so legally drinking would be a plus, hence Mexico).
