So I assume the hair on your head grows as well?

Was watching the OC before and coma-boy was clean shaven with a pristine haircut and it got me wondering.

Yes, your hair still grow while in a coma. In a coma, usually your brain activity is affected. Your basic bodily functions remain the same.

however, it doesn't change the OP - yes, your hair and beard grow in a coma - it may be a nurse's job to shave you once a week - I dunno.
