Think this seems pretty standard, id probably be betting closer to 200 after the flop though vs two players with 300 already in pot.

I'd bet 150, you want them to make a mistake and call, the more you bet the less likely it is they will. Then look to get all in on the turn and bring both along for the ride if possible.
