PokerRoom DB..manipulation of..?

Whenever using the PokerRoom Session Stats, now that I've played over 100hrs.. this takes forever to load. I found that there are .db and .sql files in the Programfiles/Pokerroom.

Can I simply delete/archive the .db file and have Pokerroom create a new one (or will this bomb out the program)?

If I can't do this, does anyone know any other way that I can manipulate this... like, is this just a straight Access DB that I can load in MS Access and compress or do my own searches?

..was informed that I could just delete or move the file, as long as you don't have the program open at the same time (for those of you that might wish to do the same ; )

There's also an option to clear the history.
