OK, so this is not so much of a bonus thing, but it's as much (if not more) +EV as the usual bonus whoring thing.
Let's say you have a Visa card w/ an airline bonus program. Couldn't you just keep money circulating between your Visa and your BR? You could deposit $2000 every week and withdraw the same amount to your bank account, then to your Visa account and repeat the operation again and again. Next thing you know you're drinking champagne going to some cool beach.
The card might block you from depositing directly into a poker site, but usually you can use Neteller as a workaround, right?
Do you think this is doable?
