I'd fold this preflop.

The call on the turn is fine, although a raise wouldn't be awful, especially if the bettor is tight.

I would not raise the turn at this point - this is probably your biggest mistake in the hand. You have position so just call.

The river fold is fine.

Preflop: I could limp in for cheap and the table was tight/weak.

My reasoning for raising is that i had almost 9 outs to the flush, and 6 additonal outs to the straight. So, I had 15 outs to the winning hand (provided that my flush was good). I figured that this guy either had a weak ace or a medium PP. So, maybe my King might have been good.

With the raise, I wanted to see where I was and perhaps take it down now.

You need to learn pot control.

Wouldn't it just suck if he pushed here?

This has nothing to do with pot control. Take the cheap draw, he's bet twice at the pot so I doubt you have much FE.

Semi-bluffs don't work that well when you are in position...

Why not?

Take your cheap draw on the turn, you're not going to take it down enough to make the raise profitable.
